The Director of Statutory Reporting and Reinsurance will oversee the core STAT reporting team and assist with Blue Book preparation at quarter and year end. This position will also oversee the build out of new reinsurance reporting processes and communicate the impacts of new agreements.

• Lead and develop a team of insurance accounting professionals to prepare quarterly and annual blue book reporting
• Develop a team of reinsurance accounting professionals to report internal and external reinsurance transactions
• Reviews, understands and applies active and proposed reinsurance treaties.
• Maintain and develop internal controls
• Present financial impacts to executive leadership of proposed reinsurance treaty agreements
• Coordinate and researches technical accounting issues
