This is an exciting opportunity for a Director of Operations to join a successful and expanding business with a start-up mentality as you will be having the autonomy to make strategic decisions in the business.

You will be the executive arm of the CFO and the backbone of the company's back-office operations. This involves developing and implementing the operational and financial plans; establishing and owning all company internal policies, processes and SOPs; and being the key person to drive and execute the company's vision alongside all other C-Level executives.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in building, managing and growing a business preferably in a tech start up environment
• Experience in accounting and finance will be advantageous
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong relationship building and problem-solving skills
