Seeking an experienced leader to join a significant financial services business here in Austin. The role is a result of a large transformation program that the company has just embarked on and are therefore expanding their leadership team. This role will be instrumental in driving and managing both their BA and QA teams onshore here in the US.

Experience Required:

• Experience in managing large teams of BA and QA
• Strong experience and focus on business process optimisation required
• Ability to drive quality software and systems delivery
• Stakeholder management experience is a must to be able to advise clients and drive effective technology solutions through to delivery
• Six Sigma -desirable
• Software development life cycle experience preferred
