Role & Responsibilities:

• Direct the development, analysis, and execution of reserving strategies.
• Supervise the reserving process for personal line insurance products.
• Prepare and deliver reserving reports to senior management.
• Offer guidance and assistance to team members in the actuarial department.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory mandates

Qualifications:

• Substantial background in reserving and reporting within the realm of personal line insurance.
• Extensive hands-on experience in actuarial modeling and analysis.
• Notable proficiency in communication and delivering presentations.
• Demonstrated capability in leading and guiding teams.
• Solid analytical prowess and adept problem-solving skills.
• ACAS or FCAS

This is a hybrid role out of Texas or New York City
