We are looking for a Digital Partnership Talent to lead and drive the partnerships strategy and proposition in order to meet growth targets of consumer line business. You will explore, identify and secure new partners, and growth of business with those partners. Besides, you will collaborate with wider internal team to help broaden partnership opportunities among targeted segments.
Job Responsibility:
- Formulating and implementing the go-to market partnerships strategy and proposition in order to meet business objectives, financial targets and growth plans
- Lead the end-to-end project management of the partnership development process from prospecting, pitching , negotiation, signing and launching for the new partnerships
- Conduct Market research & competitor analysis, possess a strong network of potential partners
- Develop strategic initiatives to enhance and sustain business performance, partnership value and market success
- Have deep experience in ecosystem development and innovative partnership solutions, especially with digital-first/native partners
Requirements:
- At least 5 years experiences in digital partnership development
- Proven track record in launching successful and sustainable partnership, a good understanding of general products and distribution economics
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with senior level executives
- Good communication skills to interface with internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Digital Savvy, Can-do attitude and strong will to make things happen
- IIQE is preferable
