My client is a tier-1 insurance company in Hong Kong with strong Digital initiatives. We are currently looking for a Business Analyst with strong Digital and Customer Experience and Engagement experience who will sit under transformation team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Business Lead to drive platform marketing and communications
- Responsible for platform marketing content and go-to market communication
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with distribution channel to support omni-channel strategy
- Enable potential digital engagement touchpoints across company
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Insurance, healthcare, and Financial Services industry
- Experienced in driving and executing digital engagement initiatives, platform marketing and communications, manage large-scale change initiatives
- Strong strategic analysis and project / program management skills
- Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese is a must)
- Ability to deliver results by leveraging resources within and outside the organization
This role is a contract role, initial contract: 1 year, highly extendable
