A Leading London Market Insurer is looking for a JNR DevOps Engineer to join a centralised team, working closely with infrastructure automation & application deployment. You will be working all things technology environment, including all day to day applications, and how it fits into their governance and guide lines.
This role sits in the data services team, where you will be responsible for the design and implementation and maintaining continuous integration and delivery pipelines for data applications. You will be working with the security teams and the data teams to ensure all applications are secured properly and comply with regulatory requirements.
In order to be a successful applicant you must have some of the following experience:
- Exp with infrastructure automation tools such as Power Shell, ARM templates and Azure CLI on Azure
- Strong knowledge of databases used for data storage and analysis on Azure such as Azure SQL or Azure synapse Analytics
- Knowledge of network and system security principles
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent Communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to be a team player working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
