Oliver James are supporting a leading Life insurance company who require a day-rate contractor to support a With Profit process improvement project.
The business has recently moved valuation models to a new actuarial modelling software. As such processes need to be amended to accommodate the new outputs.
The ideal contractor will have a strong knowledge of With-Profit processes, ideally from a range of perspectives. You should be solution-oriented and comfortable making suggestions to stakeholders.
Start: ASAP - Feb to March 2023
Duration: 3-6 months + extensions
Rate: c.£850/day (negotiable depending on experience) Outside IR35
Status: Outside IR35
Required Experience:
- Qualified or Experienced Life Actuary
- Good knowledge of With-Profit processes
- Past experience in project or consultancy work would be beneficial
- Previous process improvement experience
