My client is a Regional Insurance company with a strong Data Transformation programme for various countries.
We are currently looking for Manager - Senior Manager grade candidate who has a strong and hands-on experience in Data Quality Management / Data Remediation.
Reporting to Head of Data Transformation, you will be leading team across Asia while leveraging modern platform to establish a simple but governed and well-monitored framework. You will be partnering with engineering team to utilize data, automation, and digitization capabilities. You will be accountable in building a framework and issue management process which includes automation, visualization, and standardization.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Data Protection or similar experience
- Strong understanding, and application, of Data Management & Governance principles
- Ability to translate complex principles into understandable concepts for different layers of the organization, including Executive Leadership, front-line management and Data Community members
- Demonstrated proficiency in Data Quality and Governance tools, with strong preference for Informatica
- Experienced in a heavily governed industry (e.g. Banking and Insurance)
This role is a contract role, initial 12 months contract and highly extendable as the programme is a multi-year programme.
