This role is part of our Data Engineering team and will help with designing, implementing & continuously evolving data platform including pipeline & repository - data ingestion, curation and migrations. You'll rapidly prototype and develop tactical pipeline solutions and work with the Group Data Warehouse team to embed strategically. In addition to this you'll develop data layers and views to enable Data Analysts and Data Scientists to efficiently undertake their work
What we are looking for is someone with experience in building pipeline and has strong experience SNOWFLAKE.
The Data engineering team will work closely with quantitative portfolio managers and researchers in a fast-paced environment
The successful candidate must possess strong knowledge of
- Finance, investment management
- Experience within property ( not essential)
- Cross asset knowledge
- Solid coding skills
- Python
- data warehousing
- Java (or C++), SQL
- SNOWFLAKE- essential
- experience in data migration
