We are looking for a Head of Data & Analytics to join a reputable & industry leading organisation that are going through a pivotal period of change!

You'd be joining in a brand new role where you will play a vital part in how Data & Analytics shapes the organisation moving forwards.

Key Responsibilities:

• To collaborate with stakeholders to define an enterprise-wide analytics & insights strategy that aligns with business objectives
• Further support the culture of data-driven decision making
• Work to streamline, standardise the reporting process - utilising automation where ever possible
• Further contribute to the strategy around platform transformations
• Identify Master Data entities for the organisation, determining the most suitable sources, systems for maintaining this data
• Advise on the integration of master data across all core systems
• Further establish Data Governance principles, controls, policies to maintain high data quality, security and compliance
• Assess & recommend tools & technologies, staying up to date with industry changes
• To support the growth & development of your team
