Your Mission: As a key member of our team, your mission will be to support the data strategy lead in delivering transformative initiatives that drive business value and enhance decision-making processes. From gathering and summarising data requirements to analysing and interpreting large data sets, you'll be at the heart of driving actionable insights and ensuring data integrity across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and summarise data requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Cleanse and process large data sets to ensure accuracy and reliability, leveraging your intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Extract, analyse, and interpret data to uncover actionable insights that drive business decisions and plug gaps within various data sets.
  • Implement data requirements for existing and new tooling, ensuring adherence to data governance principles.
  • Create clear and informative data visualisations using tools like Tableau or Power BI, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
  • Challenge the status quo and existing rationale, driving innovation and continuous improvement within the organisation.

Your Profile: Must-Haves:

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to unfamiliar tools.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in written and oral English.

Additional Skills:

  • Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks and coordinate multiple priorities.
  • Proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Advantageous Skills:

  • Experience within procurement-related functions.
  • Familiarity with supplier-related data.
