We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join a pharmaceutical company. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in harnessing the power of data to drive insights, support decision-making processes, and contribute to advancements in drug discovery and development.

Key Responsibilities:

      • Data Exploration and Preprocessing:
        • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and identify relevant sources.
        • Cleanse, preprocess, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
      • AI Model Development and Optimization:
        • Develop, implement, and optimize AI models for various applications within the pharmaceutical domain.
        • Utilise machine learning techniques to extract meaningful patterns and insights from structured and unstructured data.
      • Data Visualisation:
        • Create clear and compelling visualisations to communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
        • Generate dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and trends.
      • Collaboration and Communication:
        • Collaborate with data scientists, bio statisticians, and domain experts to understand business challenges and formulate data-driven solutions.
        • Communicate findings and insights effectively to diverse audiences, fostering a data-driven decision-making culture.

Qualifications:

    • Having a bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • 2 years of proven experience in data analysis and AI model development, preferably in the pharmaceutical or health care sector.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python or R, and familiarity with relevant libraries and frameworks.
    • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis techniques.
    • Experience with tools for data visualisation, such as Tableau or Power BI.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
