We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join a pharmaceutical company. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in harnessing the power of data to drive insights, support decision-making processes, and contribute to advancements in drug discovery and development.
- Data Exploration and Preprocessing:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and identify relevant sources.
- Cleanse, preprocess, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- AI Model Development and Optimization:
- Develop, implement, and optimize AI models for various applications within the pharmaceutical domain.
- Utilise machine learning techniques to extract meaningful patterns and insights from structured and unstructured data.
- Data Visualisation:
- Create clear and compelling visualisations to communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Generate dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and trends.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with data scientists, bio statisticians, and domain experts to understand business challenges and formulate data-driven solutions.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to diverse audiences, fostering a data-driven decision-making culture.
- Having a bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 years of proven experience in data analysis and AI model development, preferably in the pharmaceutical or health care sector.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python or R, and familiarity with relevant libraries and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis techniques.
- Experience with tools for data visualisation, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
