Role: Customer Support Engineer
Location: Dublin West
Salary: up to €40,000 + benefits and training
Our client, a leading vendor in the Digital Banking Platform market, is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to support their end users on their platforms and optimise their customer support experience.
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days a week in the office and 3 days a week working from home.

Skills:
- Application support experience
- Experience supporting Oracle/SQL Databases and Applications
- Excellent customer facing support experience
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non technical users
- Windows/Unix Server experience
