A Growing Software company is adding an experienced Customer Success Manager to their globally dispersed team. The main aim is to own all processes and activities that impact customers objectives and provide solutions in line with customer requirements.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' in a SAAS company and experienced delivering solutions to customers globally
- Accustomed networking and managing relationships across many different functions within a complex global customer business
- Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, Zendesk or other account management and CS software
- Detailed understanding of the SaaS business model with experience delivering SaaS solutions for midmarket and enterprise business customers
