Provide an exceptional service for our high-profile customers by understanding all parts of the business & processes throughout the time
Required to translate content for marketing and sales for the upcoming campaigns, social media posts, policy changes, T&C and other.
Fluent OR Native in French and exceptional level of English also.
Working closely with Senior Management to simply all aspects of the job and come up with conclusions
Providing Customer service/support to a high level across the industry
Need to be flexible with working hours
