Position Summary:
The Finance and Investments Counsel will support the company's investment, finance, and capital management functions. This role reports directly to the Group Chief Legal Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead legal documentation and processes related to investment matters (e.g., investment management agreements, custodial arrangements, and asset servicing).
Draft, review, and negotiate relevant documentation with external parties, and manage internal coordination and risk review.
Support corporate hedging and derivative strategies, including ISDA documentation and compliance.
Deliver written and oral presentations to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
Licensed and in good standing with the bar in any U.S. jurisdiction.
Minimum of 3 years of legal experience focused on investments, asset management, or insurance law
Ability to provide sound, commercial legal guidance in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
