In comparison to other law firms, my client offers lower target hours and flexible working as well as a completely different proposition to a law firm model. Experience running a lot of large real estate transactions is imperative to start a discussion.

You will have experience in a real estate investment division with proven experience working on real estate transactions, joint ventures and fundings. big ticket acquisitions and disposals, structuring and reorganisations, corporate finance, M&A.

Clients within the organisation comprise private equity and investment funds, REITs, inbound investors from Asia Pacific and Middle East, and multinational corporates.
