Corporate Associate - UK Firm

A leading UK firm is looking to expand their team in Hong Kong with the addition of a corporate lawyer. The opportunity is open to Common Law or US qualified lawyers with 2+ years of corporate experience. Mandarin fluency and ability to work as part of large team are essential for this role. Industry leading training is available to associates at all levels. The role will incorporate exposure to M&A, Capital Markets and Compliance related matters.
