Global insurance group seeks COO for Thai business. Role will lead major process transformation to support profitable growth. Firm is currently a leader in commercial lines and seeking to grow their consumer business.

Role will also manage Technology, though there is a strong CTO, and therefore we're seeking operational transformation expertise, and ideally someone with sales operations experience.

General insurance background and Thai market experience are essential.
