In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing actuarial strategies for their commercial lines of business. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in their office in Tallahassee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actuarial analysis and modelling to assess risk, pricing, and reserves for commercial products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective pricing strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the financial performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and trends related to commercial business.
- Provide guidance on rate setting, product development, and benefit design.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- ASA or FSA designation.
- Extensive experience in commercial pricing
- Proficiency in actuarial software and programming languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
