Design Application Analyst - the Responsibilities :
It's not a coding role, but ability to read and understand the code is crucial to investigate if it's right according to our standards and to find the weaknesses.
- (level 4 and 5) working closely with people in different domains or external suppliers to find the optimal, customer-centric solution
- (level 4 and 5) supervising and coaching the implementation teams so that the delivery goes as per design and per plan
- (level 4 and 5) providing guidance to team so that sustainable, operable and maintainable solutions are delivered.
- (level 5) being responsible for the quality review of the functional and technical design delivered by less experienced designers under your supervision and program specifications, and documentation performed by the people assigned to the development of own design.
- (level 5) may correspond to the mission of "Application Owner" (AO) when having an expert knowledge of the design of a specific complex and/or critical application.
- (level 5) providing support on application software running in Production after launch (by fixing problems and making enhancements) and to testing teams during the testing phases
Design Application Analyst - Your profile :
- Educational background: Experience is more important
- Experience: At least 3 (#1750) and 4-5 (#1751) years' experience in a similar role; coding background; knowledge of Mainframe technology (PL1/COBOL; DB2, MQ).
- Personality: Extrovert, a person who's not afraid of the constant contact with others across the company, not only the team; hands-on and analytical mindset
- Language skills: proficient in English
