We have just been retained to search for a strategic role with one of the biggest FS clients in the region. You will be hired to supervise & guide a team of IT professional to deliver system integration and business intelligence (BI) solutions on Azure cloud platform, covering Azure data services, Power BI and new Azure technologies to meet business requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft ADF/ADB/PBI, and EDW
- In-depth business and application knowledge of IT and operations in the investment management industry
- Ability to build, translate and deliver .csv and XML files, as well as the wider delivery mechanism and overall operating model
- Well-versed in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience in Microsoft Cloud technologies is a highly desirable
- Azure certifications - AZ900, DP900, AZ303-304 or equivalent highly preferred
- Team player, good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure, positive working attitude, willing to learn and work independently
- Ability to think over the long-term, applying a strategic focus in completing large-scale change projects
Responsibilities:
Serve as senior cloud architect/SME in cloud-based BI/system integration solutions on Azure to:
- Analyze business requirements
- Define complete end-to-end architecture solution
- Supervise the team to design cloud system integration
- QA the built in a controlled, measurable, and testable manner
- Manage the system integration life cycle covering design, build, test, and production cutover processes
- Lead the team to compile training material and conduct knowledge transfer to both users and IT colleagues
- Manage quality of vendor deliverables
- Govern the acquisition, installation, testing and deployment of IT cloud technology
- Conduct periodic reporting to the project workstreams and stakeholders
- Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by supervisor as required
