- Initial 6-months contract (rolling for another 5 years)
- 1x per month in the office in Dublin/Ireland.
- Daily Rate is depending on experience.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Data test engineer with a proven track record (7+ years) as Test Engineer in the Data Lake or Data Warehouse domain.
Must have
- Testing and automating complex Data Pipelines and Data flows
- Experience in data validation.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Pytest
- Experience in any of the following big data tools as Hadoop Spark, Hive, Teradata, Cloudera, Hbase etc.
- Exposure to any of the following: Kafka, MQ, Spark Streaming
- Well versed in GUI testing.
- Experienced in CI/CD, DevOps best practices
Can you answer the following:
- Have you automated a data test validation.
- Do you have experience in testing complex data Pipelines and data flows ? (large volumes of data, data warehouse)
