Oliver James is working with a leading personal lines insurer that is looking to hire a number of Property Damage Claims Specialists and Bodily Injury Claims Specialists for their Non-Standard Auto team. You will be responsible for conducing an end to end claims investigation of personal auto claims, whilst also ensuring an excellent customer experience. As this is a non-standard auto team, to be considered you must have 3+ years experience with non-standard personal auto claims.
Primary Role Duty: To investigate, evaluate and settle claims with moderate supervision including the investigation, determination and evaluation of coverage, liability and damages, and the setting of proper reserves.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 3 years' non-standard personal auto claims experience (within bodily injury, liability and/or property damage claims)
- Strong knowledge of mid to complex personal auto claims (non-standard auto policies)
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to identify potential fast track claims
- Proficiency with technology and claims systems
- P&C Adjuster License in multiple states - highly preferred
This role is office based from 3 possible locations within the Chicago IL area, with a base salary of $65,000 - $75,000 plus annual bonus and benefits package. You will also be put on a clear progression plan for the future.
