Oliver James Associates is working with a global insurer that is looking to hire a FULLY REMOTE Claims Examiner - General Liability. In this role, you will be responsible for mid level commercial general liability claims including premise liability, slip & falls and auto bodily injury. You will ensure ongoing adjudication of claims within service expectations, industry best practices and specific client service requirements; and negotiate settlements.
Skills/ Qualifications Required;
- Extensive commercial general liability claims experience (2-3 years minimum)
- Excellent knowledge of CGL and Auto Liability/Bodily Injury essential
- Excellent knowledge of injuries such as slip & falls and premise liability matters
- Experience managing key client / customer relationships
- Exposure to litigation (highly beneficial)
- Strong educational background
This role is fully remote with an excellent base salary up to $80,000 plus bonus and package. You will also be put on a clear progressing plan to Senior Claims Examiner.
