Change Management and Training Lead

Location: Dublin, Hybrid



Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Change Management and Training Lead to drive successful adoption of new technology platforms and business transformation initiatives. This role will be responsible for leading change impact assessments, business readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication, training content development, and delivery across the organisation.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans for enterprise-wide programs and projects.

  • Conduct change impact assessments, define stakeholder engagement plans, and manage business readiness across program phases.

  • Design and deliver scalable training programs (e-learning, instructor-led, SOPs, job aids, etc.) to support technology adoption.

  • Develop communications and change materials to support awareness and engagement.

  • Coordinate with process teams and learning partners to align training delivery with change impacts.

  • Monitor and update training programs to ensure ongoing relevance and effectiveness.

  • Use digital adoption platforms and analytics tools to support change and track effectiveness (e.g., WalkMe, Power BI).

  • Maintain documentation of change and training approaches in line with best practices.



Required Experience

  • 5+ years in change management and/or training leadership within large-scale transformation or multinational environments.

  • Experience with organisational design and change impact analysis.

  • Proven background in designing and delivering enterprise-wide training for new technologies or process improvements.

  • Experience using instructional design frameworks (e.g., SAM, LLAMA) and content tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia).

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and digital adoption tools (e.g., SAP EnableNow, WalkMe).

  • Proficiency in data and reporting tools (e.g., MS Power BI).



Education & Certifications

  • Degree-level education required.

  • Change Management certification preferred (e.g., PROSCI, APMG).

  • Project Management certification desirable (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

  • Instructional design/training certification desirable (e.g., CPLP, CELP, COLF).
