A large retail/eCommerce client of ours in the Castle Donington area is looking for an experienced Change Delivery Lead to join their busy Transformation office. This Change Delivery Lead role has been signed off to provide change delivery expertise which will be a combination of Project Management, Business Analysis and Process Improvement
The role will be a good mix of assessing current thinking, mapping processes & customer journeys, identifying the root cause problems, challenging data, setting improvement priorities, building clear delivery plans, managing, driving and reporting progress, and working with the business to deliver and embed the change and ensure we achieve the required channel shift and benefits.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
- Change Leadership experience
- Project Management / Programme Management
- Business analysis experience as the ability to process map and process improve is required
- Stakeholder management
- Ability to analyse data
- Project management tool experience - MS Office etc.
- Formal qualification such as Prince2, MoP
- Comfortable with Agile principles
We need someone with both Project Management and Business Analysis experience as this is a hybrid role. This is a great opportunity for a Change Delivery Lead professional to make their mark within a highly profitable business while they are undergoing a large period of transformation
Salary to £55k + various benefits + home working.
