Oliver James have partnered with a leading construction company who are seeking a Business Change Manager.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in driving process improvement initiatives within the construction industry. This role is pivotal to ensuring the successful implementation of change management strategies, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering innovation across the business.
The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to assess current processes, identify areas for improvement, and lead the development of solutions.
Construction experience is desirable not necessary for consideration.
Some responsibilities include:
- Change management & leadership
- Process improvement
- Stakeholder management
- Training/Support.
The role:
- x2-3 days on-site per week in Kildare
- Perm role €75,000 - €80,000 per year plus benefits
