Business Analyst - ServiceNow - Operational Effectiveness | Outside IR35 | Manchester
Oliver James are currently partnered with a leading Consultancy to support their search in finding a Business Analyst with strong ServiceNow experience to join on a contract basis.The end-client is looking to enhance their service management capability using BMC automation tools.
They are looking for someone with the following experience:
- Someone who has worked in Service Management - BMC Remedy, ServiceNow etc..
- ITIL background - familiar with working practices, someone who knows about change management / problem management / incident management
- Ideally understands Automation with AI (such as chat bot tools)
- Strong experience with automating processes and operating models
- Good working knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM
- Exposure to working longer-term contracts, able to clearly demonstrate their achievements and tangible outcomes across their previous projects
This contract will be for an initial period of 3 months with the view to extend as this is a multi-year programme. Outside IR35 - Day rate up to £450 p/d.
The client are based in the centre of Manchester and will require this person to be on-site 2x days per week.
