Business Analyst - Operational Effectiveness | Outside IR35 | Manchester
Oliver James are currently partnered with a leading Consultancy to support their search in finding a Business Analyst with strong Service Management experience to join on a contract basis.The end-client is looking to enhance their service management capability using BMC automation tools.
We are looking for someone with the following experience:
* Extensive Service Management and Service Transition experience
* Proficiency in change, problem, and incident management
* ITIL background (certification would be beneficial)
* Proven track record in automating and streamlining processes
The client are based in the centre of Manchester and will require this person to be on-site 2x days per week.
