About Our Client
Our client is a prominent company in the Insurance industry, renowned for their commitment to providing exceptional services to their customers. They are currently seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their Change Management department on a contract basis to help with Insurance Operational Resilience, Outsourcing and Regulatory project.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.
- Evaluate and document current business processes, and propose enhancements or alternatives to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct analysis, data modelling, and gap analysis to identify potential areas for improvement.
- Define business cases, project plans, and success criteria for various projects.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable tasks.
- Provide assistance in testing, training, and implementation of change initiatives.
Key Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Insurance industry.
- Familiarity with Claims Management, Process Improvement, Underwriting & Pricing, Operational Change, and System Integration projects.
- Proven Operational resilience experience.
- Good outsourcing experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
