Business Analyst - Chester / Hybrid - £225 outside IR35

Oliver James is working with an industry leading organisation who are currently going through an exciting transformation. We are looking for a Business Analyst to support this business critical piece of work.

This role will be working with key stakeholders to help map out processes and identify & capture current issues in order to produce proposed solutions that are technology & process optimised.

• Proven experience in a process analyst role, mapping complex processes

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with strategic goals.

• Proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous improvement mindset.
