BPO Process Excellence Analyst - Hybrid/ London - Insurance - £700+ (inside IR35) - 12 months


Do you have experience in delivering the optimisation of outsourced service performance through the re-engineering of back office operations. Using Lean and Black belt disciplines to undertake targeted project/initiatives to identify service failure risk and lead the business in designing process improvements. Join a global Insurance client as a Business Analyst!

Key Skills:
· Knowledge of Third Party BPO contract structures and provisions.
· Knowledge of Target Operating Model design and Sourcing Models including in-source and outsource.
· Lean/Six Sigma Qualified
· Proven experience of project delivery within a process environment
· Proven and demonstrated Insurance (London market) Industry knowledge.
