Job Description:
As a Bilingual First Line IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. You will have the option to work from either our Brussels or Liege offices, based on your domicile, providing essential support to our employees and stakeholders in both French and Dutch.
Key Responsibilities:
Call Handling: Be the first point of contact for all IT-related queries and issues, providing timely and effective assistance in both French and Dutch.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate closely with various teams and stakeholders, effectively communicating in both languages to understand their needs and provide solutions.
Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve IT problems efficiently to minimize downtime and disruption.
Incident Management: Manage and escalate incidents as necessary, ensuring swift resolution and minimal impact on operations.
Ticketing Tools: Utilize ticketing systems to track and prioritize support requests, ensuring a structured approach to problem-solving.
Software Management: Assist in the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of software applications across the organization.
Hardware Management: Manage and maintain IT hardware resources, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
