DESCRIPTION
- Conducting investigations for market misconduct complaints
- Performing market conduct compliance reviews, monitoring and implementations
- Liaising with the Regulator(s) and relevant Government Agencies
- Maintaining and revision of policies and procedures for the general operation of distribution compliance activities
- Preparation of Compliance reporting relevant for Compliance meetings
Requirements
- Diploma in Compliance or equivalent
- Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent
