We are looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to join a reputable & tech leading organisation that are currently going through a large period of growth!
Due to continued success this organisation is also mid way through a large transformation programme towards the cloud, continuous improvment & automation
You would be working within a dedicated team to ensure the business critical applications are supported , owning & managing high priotiy incidents as well as working on critical change projects!
Skills & Experience:
- Experience within an Application Support focused position
- Strong business & customer facing skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
- Experience supporting complex web apps and high transaction websites
- Experience with SQL
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive and problem solving attitude!
- Any exposure with the below is desired
- Monitoring / web analytical tools; Splunk, Dynatrace
- Testing exposure with tools such as SOAP UI
- Exposure working within a DevOps environment
