Job Title: Analytics Software Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking an Analytics Software Engineer to join our client's dynamic technology team based in the heart of Dublin City Centre. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in front-end development, particularly using Blazor, and extensive experience in developing HTTP/REST API applications with C#/.NET and OpenAPI/Swagger standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications using Blazor.
* Build robust HTTP/REST APIs using C#/.NET, adhering to OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
* Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
* Implement security and data protection settings.
* Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
* Participate in code reviews and team meetings.
* Stay updated with new technology trends and best practices in front-end development and APIs.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 2-3 years of experience in front-end development, specifically with Blazor.
* Proven experience in developing HTTP/REST APIs using C#/.NET framework, and familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger standards.
* Previous experience in the financial services or another regulated industry is highly preferred.
Skills:
* Strong understanding of front-end technologies and frameworks, especially Blazor.
* Proficient in C# with a good knowledge of its ecosystems.
* Familiarity with design/architectural patterns.
* Ability to write clean, readable C# code.
* Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
* Skill for writing reusable C# libraries.
* Familiar with various design and architectural patterns.
* Knowledge of concurrency patterns in C#.
* Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
* Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
Additional Requirements:
* Candidates must be based in Ireland and hold a Stamp 4 visa or EU passport to be considered for this role.
