Analista Tecnico Funzionale Senior - Tech Lead

For a leading Insurance Company I'm looking for a Senior Functional Analyst - Tech Lead.

REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Master or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Economics or related field
Fluent in English (B2+)
Strong and proven experience on Insurance business and/or on implementation projects within the insurance sector with specific knowledge in Life products and processes
Open minded, strong learning agility and problem-solving skills
Conduct and manage conversations with business stakeholders as well as technology teams
Autonomy and excellent organization of time management with focus on deadlines and project priorities in a high dynamic environment
Strong attitude to team working under "Agile" project implementation methodology
