I am currently working with an amazing legal services client seeking an administrative assistant to join their rapidly expanding function. This role will provide support to numerous functions across the business and will provide endless career growth, whether you are an experienced administrative professional, or a graduate keen to kick into the world of work!
If you are an outgoing, bubbly, organised individual, who is technically and commercially-savvy, this could be the role for you! You will need to be an excellent planner (to manage your workload effectively) and strong attention to detail is critical. You must have excellent experience in the Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) and be willing to jump into different project amongst divisions!
This role will also involve managing client interactions and organising in-house, as well as external meetings and travel (where necessary), so candidates should be agile and adaptable with the ability to effectively communicate. Some departments you could be supporting include Financial Services, Solicitors, C-Suite/Executive level stakeholders, HR, Marketing, BD, IT - safe to say this is a multi-faceted role! It is exceptionally beneficial if you have had administrative experience in a legal setting.
This role is permanent, on-site in South Dublin - with the view of going hybrid at the end of the probationary period. Salary ranges (DOE) as per job description. Candidates must be based in Ireland and hold a stamp 4/EU passport to be considered for this position. Applicants outside of this criteria will be rejected.
