Accounting Manager

Our client, a renowned Insurance company, is looking for a skilled Accounting Manager to join their Finance department. This is a permanent job position with a great opportunity for growth and development.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP & STAT
• Manage and oversee Property & Casualty Regulatory Reporting for NAIC
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements
• Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and efficiency
• Provide support for audits and regulatory exams

Key Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• CPA certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements
• Experience in the Insurance industry is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
