We are looking for an End User Support Manager to join a market-leading insurance company. This role will oversee our support team, ensuring exceptional service for our end users while focusing on SharePoint support and IT best practices within a dynamic financial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-user support team, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
- Provide specialized SharePoint support, including troubleshooting, user training, and best practices.
- Develop and distribute IT letters and tips to enhance user knowledge and compliance with IT policies.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance support processes and improve the overall user experience.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes and user guides.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in end-user support or IT management, preferably within the insurance or financial sector.
- Strong proficiency in SharePoint and related technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
