A candidate with experience in composite tax returns, analysis of domestic tax compliance and financial reporting in the insurance industry, would be the perfect person to help their organization reach the next level.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Premium tax processing: record maintenance, accruals, coordination with 3rd party consultants
• Sales and use tax processing: Filing A/P monthly/quarterly/annually in NY and NJ.
• Quarterly and year end Statutory and GAAP tax provisions.
• Assist in Federal consolidated returns: Calculating tax adjustments and completing pro forma returns for insurance and non-insurance entities
• State tax returns for insurance and non-insurance entities.
• Maintain the 1099 reporting process.
• Assist development and implementation of tax strategies and planning opportunities.
