Description
- Our client seeks an experienced SuccessFactors PMGM Senior Consultant who will operate within the U.K and Ireland.
- This will see you responsible for functioning as a key resource for customers and leading implementation teams. You will also provide functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SuccessFactors' products to customers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the product implementation team to deliver SuccessFactors products within the modules; performance management and 360.
- Organising client facing workshops to provide our customers the most recent information and trends in Performance Management.
- Developing system configurations to conform to client specifications and best practices.
- Troubleshooting and providing resolution of system issues or defects, as assigned.
- Coaching junior consultants on projects.
Profile
- 3 - 4 years of experience within the module Performance Management within SuccessFactors.
- 3 - 4 years of Associate Consultant experience with detailed knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and systems implementation.
- Associate SAP SuccessFactors module certifications is desired.
In order to be successful in this position, you will have experience of working in a consulting environment working directly with end-clients and will have extremely strong stakeholder management skills coupled with the ability to drive projects on time and on-budget.
