Oliver James is looking for ServiceNow Platform Architects for different roles, with strong capabilities for matching ServiceNow module capabilities to business demands. The position is open for freelance or permanent.

What are you going to do ?
* Works in Team with Enterprise, Solution & Data architects to define appropriate solution
* Establishing ServiceNow roadmap taking into account Business demands and ServiceNow product roadmap
* Validation or creation of Technical Designs for ServiceNow implementations and integrations with non ServiceNow applications.
* Definition and guarding of implementation guidelines for Technical consultants, supporting Technical consultants in their job, including code reviews
* Contribute in definition of Solution architecture, based on ServiceNow best practices and standards
* Provide ServiceNow Administration and Functional/Development Support to users and process owners across the Organization
* Provide timely support to user queries and troubleshoot production issues;
* Creation of technical and functional documents for ongoing

What will you bring ?
* Experience with technical ServiceNow components such as: business rules, client scripts, UI policies and actions, UI pages and macros, script includes, catalog items, workflows, web services, reports, etc.
* Proficiency with mentioned ServiceNow components: ITSM, SPM, CMDB
* Strong Knowledge of ITIL principles and experience applying ITIL guidance to IT service.
* Workflow and Approval configuration
* Experience administering, configuring, developing, and customizing ServiceNow and related integrations
