Workday Security - Workday HCM - Workday Compensation - Workday Talent Management
The Role
Oliver James have partnered with an international client in Germany to hire a team of 4 Senior Workday contractors to work on a large post-M&A implementation project.
We are looking for experienced Techno-Functional Consultants that have been involved in multiple Workday implementations, with experience working for an implementation partner and certifications (expired certifications are fine). You will be responsible for conducting a systems analysis to identify the configuration gaps, planning out the design of Workday modules and supporting with testing.
The roles can be delivered completely remotely, although as the client are based in Germany - German language skills are preferred (not essential). Although the initial contract duration is 7 months, it is very likely that they will be extended.
Requirements:
- Workday Security Expert - HCM certified, deep knowledge of complex Workday security setups
- Workday HCM Expert - HCM certified + others are beneficial, will work across different work streams
- Workday Compensation Expert - Need to be certified in both Compensation & Advanced Compensation
- Workday Talent Management Expert - Must be Talent Management certified with deep knowledge of talent sourcing
