I am currently supporting an established Lloyds Insurer business in their search for a Senior Credit Control Manager to due to expansion within the business
The role will be responsible for
- Line management responsibilities as per the business organisational chart.
- Responsible for training, coaching, mentoring, and supporting career aspirations of team members.
- Documenting and periodically reviewing internal credit control processes and procedures, making recommendations for process efficiencies and ensure these are implemented.
- Liaison with Underwriters, Claims and Finance staff as appropriate to resolve account queries
Profile Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with change
- Demonstrated experience with management & development
- Previous experience of working in a credit control management position.
- Familiar with accounting principles.
- Experience working within Insurance
- Must have full right to work within the UK - hybrid/flexible working available.
