About the Department :
This department supports distribution, improvement and technology in cooperation and usage with a human-centric approach. There are currently 40 people in the department, in which 15 of them are dedicated to support core functions such as product & proposition, human design, customer experience and digital marketing.
Job Description:
Content Marketing Strategy :
- Provide business leadership in innovative customer communication and engagement models that accelerate the activation of the customer base, promote customer interaction, proposition design, participation, and purchase decisions.
- Work with Group Marketing and ensure content resonated in each marketing campaign and customer journey are in line with group online discoverability strategies (SEO), AIA/Partner's branding and design guideline.
Data analytics
- Utilize insights to lead the creation and management of desired customer journeys and contents. Drive and conduct content research & undertake competitive analysis.
- regularly to show data-driven clear lines of value and contribution.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum of twelve (12) years' experience in copywriting or UX content writing for financial services industry across preferably
- Creativity and imagination, attention to detail, adaptability required.
- Strong written/verbal communication and research skills
- Strong command of plain English and the ability to simply communicate complex concepts.
- Strong portfolio that showcases big ideas and persuasive writing skills
- Track record of digital copywriting or developing personalized consumer communications content gained from leading advertising companies / marketing campaign management companies
