• In conjunction with key business stakeholders, build out global product-specific analytics strategy. Develop end to end analytical vision, strategy and roadmap, from sales/distribution, UW/pricing, operations, to claims, to support major business initiatives or challenges
• Lead and be accountable for the development and execution of top strategic initiatives. Provide oversight for other LOB initiatives

Take a package, think about property, what will be specific lines of business. Very pricing specific project, we need to develop a global benchmark model. For a property line, how do we make it happen, collecting data to delivery, mechnanims, unique to a business unit, impactful projects, specific for our middle market.

Appetite for the insurance product, include several different models, pricing driven- pure machine learning, package together, plug into the system, this is for the particular business unit. Person might market, cross sales, up sales, involving specific type project.
