Highly dynamic solutions provider, currently growing at 30% YoY. As a member of the team, you will help spread our capability around the world through handling operational projects, creating long-term customer relationships, and creating robust, sustainable interface solutions.
The Role:
- Coordinating the transition process from start to finish for clients
- Coordinating the clients through the process, assisting with the following:
- Discovery process
- Data Gathering
- Configuration
- Parallel runs
- Payroll Production Go live
- Configuration of Global payroll system on a client by client basis
- Developing processes and procedures for the business in accordance with customer and business requirements
- Handing over a fully implemented payroll to the service centre
- Completing projects that require the ability to communicate at all levels with detailed planning
- Ensuring that Internal, Client and ICP expectations and task deliverables are fully understood, and achieved with quality results on time throughout the process
Key skills required:
- An organised and methodical approach to work
- Payroll or financial experience in a data-driven environment where accuracy and error spotting is key
- Ideally have been involved in Payroll implementations
- Strong client management and relationship building skills
- Some understanding of finance and General Ledger
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to work effectively on a solo basis and also in a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are essential
- Ideally Prince2 qualification with Agile
